Our journey is a testament to the vision of our Co-founder, Mr. Deepak Kumar, whose expertise and passion have fueled our company's ascent to the pinnacle of the industry.
Meet our Hero, Mr. Deepak Kumar, a distinguished professional with a remarkable educational background and over 15 years of invaluable experience in the field. Mr. Kumar earned his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, mastering the art of creating structural wonders. His insatiable appetite for knowledge led him to pursue a Master's degree in Construction Management from the prestigious National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) in Pune.
Mr. Kumar's journey didn't stop at books; it transcended borders as he ventured into the international arena. He lent his expertise to the construction and real estate sectors in Qatar and Australia, enriching his skills with diverse cultural experiences and innovative techniques from around the globe.
But what sets us apart is not just Mr. Kumar's impressive credentials; it's the deep-seated passion and unwavering dedication he brings to the company. We also aim to take adequate measures to protect the environment and prevent environmental pollution

At Maayra, we believe that:

Executive Leadership is responsible for approving the HSE Policy and is committed to its full implementation. All employees, Contractor’s, Skilled and Unskilled workers/labor’s all are responsible for ensuring they understand this policy and behave in accordance with Maayra HSE values and principles.

Maayra Construction Private Limited is committed to the effective implementation of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 standard, for which, we have already got certified

We aim to exceed our customer’s expectations without compromising on compliance and the quality of our products and the services

In a Quality Management System, a Quality Policy is a document developed by management to express the directive of the top management with respect to quality.

We adhere to The International Standard for Quality management (ISO 9001:2015) which helps our Top Management to guide their organizations towards improved performance.
